layout() and thereby layoutSlideContents() is never invoked
when isPrintingPdf() is true so stretch elements are not
sized correctly.
This is ensured now by invoking the layoutSlideContents
from SetupPDF(). There seems no need to scale down
like in other PR's is suggested.
